We have an immediate need for a Medical Call Center Manager with a proven and successful track record of call center management.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Manages operation by adhering to company mission statement pertaining to planning, goals, and company policies and procedure.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Day to day planning, measuring and execution of the call center’s service, quality operations and leadership strategies:
- Maintenance of customer centered culture in call center
- Administering set policies, procedures and programs to improve operational performance
- Assurance that all company policies and procedures in regard to regulatory agencies guidelines and policies are strictly enforced
- Maintain set budget through efficient utilization of all resources
- Meticulous maintenance of any necessary logs or reports as required and outlined by JRivera Associates’ policies and procedures
- Perform other duties and shift coverage for services as necessary
- Maintains and improves call center operation by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems, preparing and completing action plans
- Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
- Performs quality assurance review of work and provides feedback to staff
- Ensure that quality, performance and customer satisfaction is attained
- Direct supervision of all staff and the indirect supervision of all calling centers
- Responsible for Call Center human resource objectives – including onboarding, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining as needed. Additionally, would be responsible for communicating job expectations, providing feedback, monitoring and conducting scheduled reviews of employees’ performance
- Maintain a healthy, productive work environment that meets state and federal guidelines, and exceeds the local community standards
- Provide each call center representative with set staffing guidelines and expectations
- Responsible for the implementation of the Call Center training program for all Call Center representatives.
- Provide necessary tools to subordinates to enable them to meet and exceed goals within the organization
- At least 2 years’ experience working in call center management capacity
- Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred)
- 2 years management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products with emphasis on proficient use of Excel is required
- This individual must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational, skills, and the ability to develop others within the company

SPANISH/ENGLISH – MUST BE BILINGUAL & MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED MEDICAL ASSISTANT (CLINICAL) with back office experience – Lodi, CA
JOB DESCRIPTION
Must be an experienced Medical Assistant and must be FLUENT in Spanish and English (able to speak, read, and write). tele-service Representative / Medical Interpreters (TSR/MI) provide onsite and Medical Communication Center (MCC) services for clients, patients, healthcare providers and contracted agencies.
EDUCATION
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA or GED and MEDICAL ASSISTANT certificate or diploma REQUIRED
ON SITE INTERPRETATION
- Provides onsite interpretation services
- Requires travel to and from contracted facilities
- Conducts medical and general interpreting for patients and health care providers

JOB TITLE
- Medical Interpreter- Independent Contractor
- Perform a variety of interpretation and translation services to assist physicians and non-English speaking patients.
- Participate as a neutral party in the role as conduit of information that must flow between providers, patient and their family.
- Ensure that information pertaining to the patient’s medical care is accurately interpreted and communicated. Ability to convey the exact message as opposed to summarizing the information in a way that is subjective.
- Demonstrates interpreter competencies
- Select appropriate mode of interpretation for each encounter.
- Provide written translation of short and or emergent documents. May need to translate longer documents, depending on his/her assignment.
